Won process on the "dots"

2014-10-06 Termo Organika sp. z o.o. is only entitled to manufacture and marketing of dotted polystyrene foam in Poland. Litigation for infringement of rights to styrofoam dots was finally resolved in favor of Termo Organika. The Court of Appeal in Krakow final judgment of 12.8.2014 dismissed the appeal Austrotherm sp. z o.o. based in Auschwitz judgment of the District Court in Kraków of 30.01.2014 ordering Austrotherm sp. z o.o. omission determination of its styrofoam dots and submit an apology in the press and on the website.
