SOPREMA has taken a majority stake in Termo Organika

Founded in Strasbourg in 1908, SOPREMA is a worldwide specialist in waterproofing and thermal insulation for buildings and civil engineering. The SOPREMA Group generated a revenue of €2.75 billion in 2018, and has 67 production facilities in Europe, North America and Asia.

TERMO ORGANIKA was established in 1997 in Mielec, Poland, and is the country’s largest manufacturer of expanded polystyrene boards. The company currently has four EPS plants, in Mielec, Głogów, Siedlce, and Rypin, and a building chemistry production plant in Pyrzyce. An extensive network of sales representatives provides coverage across the entire country.
